MEDICAL INSURANCE-  All employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are covered by a comprehensive medical plan. New employees are eligible for medical insurance coverage on the 1st of the month following 30 days after hire. Pickserv, Inc. pays 95% of the premium for each employee and their dependents.

 

SIMPLE IRA-  Employees are eligible to enroll in the company sponsored Fidelity Simple IRA plan. Pickserv, Inc. will make matching contributions to the employees plan for the first 3% of the pretax contributions by the employee. Participants are allowed to contribute up to the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service.

 

PAID TIME OFF-  Time off for vacation, illness or bereavement is included in Paid Time Off (PTO).  The rate of accumulation of PTO is shown in the chart below.

 

HOLIDAYS-  Pickserv, Inc. observes the following 8 holidays:

                  New Years Day (January 1)

                  Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

                  Independence Day (July 4)

                  Labor Day (First Monday in September)

                  Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November)

                  Day after Thanksgiving

                  Christmas (2 days)

                  One floating holiday surrounding Christmas to be determined each year.
