Shannon L. Pickett, PE, LS

Mr. Pickett serves as the President at Pickserv, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and has over 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Geographical Information Systems. Mr. Pickett holds Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Licenses in California, Kentucky, and Tennessee. His previous experience includes designing civil engineering plans, preparing bid document, project management, and serving as Geospatial Technology Manager. Mr. Pickett has prepared and presented several papers related to Geographical Information System. In his capacity as Geospatial Technology Manager, Mr. Pickett was responsible for in-house GIS training and also provided ESRI Authorized Training to Clients in a classroom setting. At Pickserv, Inc., Mr. Pickett has a hands on approach and his responsibilities include project planning and design, client satisfaction, project management, and overall responsibility for the civil engineering, land surveying, planning, and GIS projects performed by the firm.

Jeffrey J. Garon, EIT

Mr. Garon serves as a Project Engineer at Pickserv, Inc. He graduated from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2003. In addition, he is a certified Engineer in Training. Mr. Garon is responsible for preparing construction drawings and topographic survey drawings; In addition, he manages the internal research database and the internal project database utilizing GIS software.

Larry E. McCartney, EIT, LSIT

Mr. McCartney serves as a Project Surveyor at Pickserv, Inc. He graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Land Surveying. In addition, he is a certified Engineer in Training and a certified Land Surveyor in Training. Mr. McCartney is responsible for preparing data for construction surveys and processing and analyzing survey data collected in the field to establish property boundaries.

Shirley D. Holder

Ms. Holder serves as the Office Manager at Pickserv, Inc and is responsible for frontline communications with clients.

Cheryl A. Redmond

Mrs. Redmond serves as a Project Coordinator at Pickserv, Inc. She has an extensive experience in the area of civil engineering construction and consulting. Her previous experience includes grading projects, concrete works, utility construction projects, and job costing. Mrs. Redmond is responsible for coordination with governmental agencies to achieve plan approvals.

Aaron M. Alfrey

Mr. Alfrey serves as an Engineering Technician and Project Surveyor at Pickserv, Inc. He is responsible for collecting field data to prepare Topographic Surveys and establish property boundaries.

In Loving Memory of Steven W. Ryden (1947-2007)  

It was an honor and privilege to have had the opportunity to know and work with Steven W. Ryden. Steve was an inspiration to the staff at Pickserv, Inc. And he will be missed by all of us.

Miss. Peterson is pursuing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. Miss. Peterson serves as an office assistant and web site designer while interning for Pickserv, Inc.

John R. Felkins

Mr. Felkins serves as a Project Surveyor at Pickserv, Inc. He serves on the field survey crew while collecting field data to prepare Topographic Surveys and establish property boundaries.

David R. Morrison

Mr. Morrison is pursuing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at Penn State University. Mr. Morrison serves as a survey crew member while interning for Pickserv, Inc.
